Usage Rights: By submitting your story, you agree that all submissions become the property of Poly-Tex, Inc., which retains all rights including, but not limited to, the right to copy, edit, publish, use, adapt and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without the expectation of fees or compensation.

Copyright: All photos submitted to Poly-Tex, Inc. must be the legal property of the person submitting the image. Poly-Tex, Inc. will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements.

 Limitations: If there are identifiable people in a photograph taken in a non-public space, it is the responsibility of the photographer to obtain written permission to use the photo. Poly-Tex, Inc.will not accept photographic images of children under the age of 16 without consent of a legal guardian or parent.

 Eligibility: Participation is limited to those persons 18 years of age or older at time of submission. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
